Breanna represented the WV Winterfest, competing against 89 other women representing Fairs & Festivals from all over the Mountain State.
The remaining Top 5 included: 4th Runner Up: Madison Campbell, WV Middle Island Harvest Festival, 3rd Runner Up: Kelsey Lee Hill, Ripley 4th of July, 2nd Runner Up: Emma Rae Rice, Paw Paw District Fair, and 1st Runner Up: Caylie Raeanne Simmons, Parkersburg, Homecoming.
Miss Photogenic – Courtney Nicole Winter, WV Chocolate Festival.
Miss Congenility – Jaiden Paige Morrism, Sutton Fall Festival.
